We are looking for a Control room operator that can add value to our service delivery. Will be hired **Full Time at Toll Eastern Creek, NSW 2766.**
- Proactively utilize the camera system
- Monitoring CCTV and providing remote access to client sites at a National Level
- Identify and prevent illegal and/or inappropriate behavior, which has the potential to alarm or heighten the risk to members of the general public
- Identify and prevent illegal and/or inappropriate behavior, which has the potential to result in damage to property or disrupt public order
- Responding to Alarms and Incidents at client sites Nationally, organizing Mobile Patrol’s and Guarding as required
- Coordinate as the first point of contact for Emergency services for sites/locations being monitored as and when required. Provide detailed reports and escalation to management when required.
- Identify any issues, hazards or safety breaches as they occur and report according to the standard operating procedures.
- Complete all computerized logs and incident reports, ensuring that all relevant information is relayed to the appropriate persons
- Confirming eligibility of persons entering site buildings as per client and government policies.

**About you**
- Possess current First Aid certificate
- Full New South Wales Drivers Licence
- Hold a valid New South Wales Class **1 ACE Security Licence**:

- Strong customer service, organizational skills with excellent communication and conflict resolution
- Certificate II Security Operations
- 2 year prior experience working in a Control Room environment
- Microsoft Office experience (desirable)
- Full vaccination is mandatory for all applicants.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $49.00 per hour
