About the role

Attitude is paramount. Engage with our customers. Serve them promptly and provide an excellent first and last impression for everyone who enters our building.

Primarily your focus will be on traditional Bar tasks (Take orders, pouring drinks, delivering food including room service, general restaurant cleaning etc) however you will also find yourself making coffee's, assisting guests with questions about TV and AC controls & assisting with functions/events when needed.

You can also have the opportunity to cross train to other departments of the hotel.

Core duties and responsibilities
- Availability across a 7 day roster including weekends
- Perform all duties associated with the operation of the restaurant, including accurate processing of orders and cashiering,
- Serve customers as required and ensure guest satisfaction is maximised
- Maintain good working relationship with colleagues
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Skills and Experience
- Good customer service skills and a positive outlook even under stress are paramount
- RSA qualified
- Preferably coffee trained but not essential
- Own transport is a must & ability to work shifts on a flexible roster (INCLUDES MORNINGS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.....this is a role in the hospitality field)

**Salary**: $27.00 - $44.00 per hour
