Case Management Officer

Provide accurate and timely advice on applicant cases and associated recruitment and selection policy and practices. Regularly monitor and evaluate staff in accordance with performance criteria and provide on-the-job training/mentoring to relevant team members.
Contribute to the ongoing review and development of police recruiting process.
Your key accountabilities
**The core capability requirements for this role are**:
Provide professional client services to prospective police recruit applicants at attraction events and via web-based/telephone or other enquiries.
Provide specialist client services to police recruit applicants requiring complex case management during the selection process.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry of information into relevant HR systems and databases.
Liaise with other members of the Queensland Police Service and other agencies and individuals as required.
Actively contribute to the ongoing development and/or review of recruitment policy, practices and procedures and service improvement aspects.
