The Renewable Energy Hub Pty Ltd (trading as CORE Markets) is an end-to-end financial markets, technology and climate solutions partner for business. Our team helps corporate sustainability teams, carbon & clean energy project developers, and wholesale and industrial clients, take decisive action to net zero.

Our company is built on extensive experience in the global energy and environmental markets for over 20 years. In October 2022 Renewable Energy Hub and TFS Green APAC joined together to form CORE Markets.

We exist to simplify and accelerate the fight against climate change, by reducing barriers of access to global carbon and energy markets.

**Job Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients in Australia's environmental markets.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor brokerage solutions accordingly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and carbon markets.
- Actively contribute to the development of business strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the company's visibility.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret market data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct research on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to brokerage operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external meetings and events.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage high-value clients effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Dynamic thinking with the capacity to adapt focus in a changing, high-pressure, and competitive environment.
- Some experience in Retail Energy, Energy or Renewable Energy Markets, Environmental Markets, or Environmental Commerce is preferred.
- An enthusiasm for learning on the job and an ambitious approach to the work environment.
- Previous experience or familiarity with options trading is considered a benefit.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $155,976.47 per year
