Bendigo Health is seeking an Industrial Relations Advisor to join our People and Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across our organisation and contribute to the success of Bendigo Health. As an Industrial Relations Advisor, you play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and support on industrial relations matters to key stakeholders across our organisation. You will develop and maintain key relationships with managers, unions and our industrial association to ensure compliance with relevant enterprise agreements, implementation of new enterprise agreements and resolve any disputes in a timely and appropriate manner. You will build your knowledge across all relevant enterprise agreements and work closely with colleagues in People and Culture Advisory Services to deliver high quality advice and solutions to industrial matters as they arise. This is an excellent opportunity for an Industrial Relations enthusiast to take the next step in their career and assist in delivery high quality health care to our community, working in a dynamic and complex environment.
