- John Holland’s Infrastructure division is currently constructing some of Australia’s most complex projects, including the Black Hill to Tomago M1, Belmont Desalination Plant Project, and Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre. Due to industry expansion, the John Holland Infrastructure business is currently seeking a **Procurement Coordinator** for an upcoming project in the Hunter NSW region.**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Coordinate tender processes for the project including preparing and issuing correspondence with subcontractors involving contribution and unsuccessful letters
- Ensure that quotes come back in a timely manner
- Responsible for setting up procurement schedules
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to build successful relationships
- Prepare and Manage the Procurement Management Plan
- Manage any clarifications from external stakeholders
- Liaise with estimating/ construction team to ensure that procurement documents are completed in a timely manner

**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:

- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Construction or similar industry experience
- A minimum of 12 months experience working within the Construction industry in a procurement or relevant position
