Eastern Creek Karting is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven **Casual Duty Manager** to join our team From the roar of our brand-new 13HP Sodi RT10 karts to the energy of a buzzing weekend crowd, no two days are the same — and that’s just how we like it.

As a Duty Manager, you'll be right in the middle of the action — leading your team, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading a fun, diverse team and creating an atmosphere where both staff and guests feel energised.
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the venue — from trackside thrills to customer service excellence.
- Supporting our Venue Manager and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Keeping our guests happy by tackling issues quickly and professionally.
- Championing safety and cleanliness across all departments.
- Supporting staff with WHS training and upholding our high standards of safety and service.
- Creating daily reports, tracking performance, and helping improve operations.
- Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- You've got previous leadership or management experience — bonus points if it’s in hospitality, tourism, entertainment or fast food.
- You're an energetic people person who leads by example and brings the best out in others.
- You’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
- You’re a strong communicator who stays calm and confident under pressure.
- You’re organised, solution-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You’re available to work weekends and evenings.
