**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Were currently recruiting for support workers that have experience in the disabilty field**
**This role will be supporting a complex participant in port melbourne from 6am - 7:30pm daily.**
**Participant has complex medical conditions**:
**Familial Adenomatous Polyposis Epilepsy I.D Global Developmental delay Delayed exp/rec language Hypertonia**
**Duties**:
we are moving to try and set up double shifts we are basically looking for assistance from 6 am through to 7:30 pm, which is normally spread across a couple of shifts work involves keeping Chloe safe if she’s just regulated so you’re managing this disregulated behaviour is going to be a priority and she needs assistance with toileting but is somewhat independent and otherwise the worker would be helping Chloe go to the park if she’s well enough of her keep her safe if she’s not.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have:
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver’s licence
- Car, registration and insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR training
- NDIS Orientation Module
- NDIS Infection Control Module
- cert 4 in disability or cert 4 in individual support
- Commitment to providing exceptional support **Great communication skills.**:
- Must be fully vaccinated
