- Permanent, Full-time role located in Kew
- Your shifts will be fortnightly split 75/77
- Have a passion to support people with a disability in an inclusive way which meets the individual needs of each customer at your service
- Strong knowledge and application of Person-Centred Active Support
- Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
- Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
- You will be required to possess or work towards an Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent to meet the criteria for this role

Disability Support Worker
in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Qualification requirement
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Full Victorian Driver's License
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
