UFC GYM Macarthur is seeking a dynamic, motivated person with flexible availability to join our front desk team in a customer service position.

Duties include (training provided):

  • Opening and/or closing of the gym
  • Preparing protein shakes and smoothies for members
  • Maintaining presentation of the reception and retail area
  • Membership sales and new member enquiries
  • Basic administration and account support
  • Assisting with cancellations, suspensions, and general member enquiries

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised, engaging and approachable
  • A great communicator (in person, over the phone and via email)
  • Confident with multitasking (admin, customer service, retail and member support)
  • Positive, professional, and reliable — with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle
  • Available for shifts on Friday evenings and weekends (additional shifts may include early mornings or weekday evenings)

Essential:

  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)

This role is paid under the Fitness Industry Award 2020, with junior rates available. The position is ideal for high school or university students seeking part-time work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

UFC GYM Macarthur is open 7 days per week (5:30am – 10:00pm), so flexibility is important. You should also be able to cover shifts when needed.
