Our client is well known in the Construction industry, based close to Alexandria and work mainly on Commercial projects across Eastern Suburbs, Southern suburbs and Innerwest.

**Job description**
An opportunity has become available for Cadet to join their already successful team. This outstanding role will see you providing support to a Project Manager who manages around 3 projects at any one time. Your duties will be varied and include:

- Sourcing appropriate and cost effective supplier quotes and subcontractors
- Assisting to ensure the accuracy of expenditure, forecasting and cost reporting
- Negotiating and assisting in the preparation of contracts for subcontractors
- Procurement of supplies and materials as required

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will need to have outstanding communication skills and be graduated or in your final year of your Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree. You do not need to have any experience but those with some Contract Administration or other relevant experience in the industry will be highly regarded. To stand out, you will be an ambitious individual who is keen to grow within the Construction sector.
