**About us**

Our platform connects brokers, lenders, dealerships, and customers through smart technology - and we’re growing fast Backed by recent investment and a national footprint, we’re expanding our data capabilities and looking for a Data & Insights Analyst to join the team.

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, curious individual to kickstart their analytics career in fintech. You’ll work closely with senior members of the data and tech team to support reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive decisions across the business.

You'll gain exposure to real-world data problems while supporting a modern cloud-based environment. You’ll also work across both our SaaS platform and finance fulfilment operations.

**What you’ll do**
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and internal reports
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to understand data needs
- Translate business requirements into visualisations and performance insights
- Use Python and SQL for analysis and data wrangling
- Support data governance and documentation
- Use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and reporting

**What we’re looking for**
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a data role
- Experience with **Microsoft Power BI**:

- Working knowledge of **SQL** and **Python**:

- Comfortable using **Google Workspace**:

- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

**Bonus points for**
- Experience with AWS or other cloud environments
- Familiarity with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
- Interest in predictive modelling or machine learning

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
