**Job Description**:
Join our Government and Defence business unit and work with the Senior Manager, HSSEQ to support the proactive implementation and continual improvement of their HSSEQ systems and processes.
Bring your knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Quality systems in a high reliability organization and gain broad exposure to Senior stakeholders across diverse operational environments. **Your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting the Management of HSSEQ records and Quality systems.
- Coordinating and administering the required HSSEQ meetings within G&D.
- Supporting the requirements and administration of the G&D environment & sustainability programs.
- Ensuring G&D maintains its international and industry accreditations for the respective ISO standards currently held and that may be required in future.
- Liaising with the relevant accreditation agencies on scheduling, staffing and costing of external audits.
- Managing the results of internal and external audits to ensure assessment of opportunities for improvement and resolution of any Non-Conformances including data entry and action tracking.
- Quality oversight of systems data within the company databases to ensure accuracy and currency of information and working with stakeholders to rectify.
- Ensure that document control processes are established and maintained for G&D in regard to HSSEQ.
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety.
- ISO:9001 Lead Auditor Certified or equivalent.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- 2+ years’ experience in a HSEQ roles, predominantly safety.
- Experience in document control and quality management systems and relevant ISO standards and accreditation.

- Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders.
- High level of Microsoft skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
