**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 94-year-old woman with a traumatic brain injury to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:

- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- Monday - Morning shift
- Tuesday - Night shfit

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate
