We're currently seeking a Community Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated Aged Care Services team in Paddington.
This role delivers compassionate, person-centred nursing care to older people and people with disabilities living in the community.
About the role
Working under the guidance of our Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based care that promotes wellness, independence and dignity.
Your days will be varied and meaningful — you'll visit clients in their homes, build trusted relationships, and help them live well in their own communities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe, flexible and compassionate nursing care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Conducting clinical assessments, medication administration, wound care and wellness checks.
- Supporting clients with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client health to the Clinical Nurse Coordinator.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using digital systems (AlayaCare desirable).
- Collaborating with Allied Health professionals and Support Workers to deliver holistic care.
About you
You're an empathetic and professional Enrolled Nurse who values teamwork, communication and person-centred care. You bring initiative, adaptability and a strong sense of accountability to everything you do.
You will have:
- Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (Enrolled Nurse).
- 1–2 years' experience in aged care or community nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Confidence with electronic documentation systems.
- Current Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
