We’re seeking an **Service Delivery Manager
- NDIS clients** to lead our services with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client outcomes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and support teams to deliver exceptional services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across our client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a supportive, high-performance culture.
- Manage incidents, complaints, and risks with accountability and care.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in operations or service management within disability, health, or community services.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance frameworks.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support teams.
- A commitment to person-centred care and positive client outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
