Utilising your strong leadership and supervision experience, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching and leading a small established team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager - Evidence, Innovation & Practice liaising between Government and local communities. You will ensure that programs operate within existing funding compliance requirements, program development and service improvement, maintaining and improving culture and cross-site professional relationships, and being a positive advocate for change.

The Team Leader is also responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders in Cranbourne, community partners, DSS, and local government, along with an understanding of the Cranbourne Community as a whole. You will play a key role in developing the next Cranbourne Community Strategic Plan (CCSP).

This is a full-time position or (.8 negotiable) and is fixed term until June 2026 with funding extension expected. Windermere also promotes a hybrid model of working remotely, within our Cranbourne location and other Windermere sites

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**

You will hold Tertiary qualifications in Community Development, Social Work, Social Welfare or a similar level qualification. You will have a unique blend of sector experience, community development experience and strengths-based practice. A sound understanding of integrated service models; significant and demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, project management and compliance; as well as knowledge of basic financial reporting requirements. Your exceptional people skills and your natural ability to listen, learn, influence, build and support highly functioning teams, and manage effective stakeholder relationships will be key to your success.
