We are currently seeking experienced support workers in Western Melbourne who have experience working with high behaviours of concern, complex care requirements and community access & would be highly regarded if you're happy to travel to Sunshine, Seddon, Melton etc. but not limited to these areas.

We have a variety of day shifts available Monday - Sunday. Great rates of pay (casual rates $34.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience) + penalty rates on weekends).

**Requirements for this role include**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in Challenging Behaviours (_desirable but not essential_)
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to speak second language will be an asset.
- Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (_highly desirable but not essential_)
- First Aid Certificate (Within 3 years) & CPR Certificate (Within 12 months)
- Working With Children Check (Victorian)
- Police check
- Drivers license with access to a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination 1 & 2
