**Ventia** have an exciting opportunity for a **Project Administrator - Finance** to join the team in **Canning Vale** on a **12 Month Fixed Term Contract**.**About the Project**
The **Square Kilometer Array (SKA)** project is an international effort supported by 16 countries to build the world’s largest radio telescopes, led by the **SKAO**.**Ventia** has been awarded a significant part of the contract and is leveraging our telecommunications capabilities for this exciting project.- Our scope includes the provision of power and fibre networks, and the design and commission of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Remote Processing Facilities (RPF) at the Australian site.- The **Project Administrator** will take ownership in the ordering and financial management of equipment, materials, products and general services.**Benefits**:

**About the Role**:

- Raise Purchase orders (PO’s) in Ariba/SAP
- Process supplier/subcontractor invoices for payment in Ariba/SAP
- Track project costing and maintain accurate records
- Monitor & Investigate variances between PO’s & invoices
- Liaise and coordinate with the operation team and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes

**About You**:

- Proven experience with Ariba/SAP & Microsoft suite
- Coordination on large infrastructure projects i.e. Telecommunications, Construction & Maintenance sectors is preferrable
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Attention to detail, organized and forthcoming with solutions
- Commercially astute & confident in administrative tasks
