How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Project Finance Administrator, you will be a key business partner and provide high quality project support to Project Managers to improve project management and financial tracking.- Support Project Managers with monitoring of actuals and accurate forecasting to ensure correct revenue position.- Review forecast cost at completion and variance to baseline cost of a portfolio of projects, discussing material changes with Project Managers and escalating to Commercial team as required.- Participate in project related meetings around the status of project financials, articulating risks and opportunities.- Drive tactical responses to minimise working capital requirements.- Provide project accounting support to operations through the lifecycle of the project.- Provide advice regarding project setup process, including best for project WBS, contract line configuration, variation management.- Drive efficiency and process improvement through effective utilisation of systems.- Management of Client billing.

As well as experience in a similar finance role. Specifically:- Prior experience in project accounting within an engineering, project focussed industry.- A proactive attitude and an enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
