**Your new company**

Ranked consistently in the top 1% of universities worldwide, this tertiary provider is currently seeking multiple Student Support Officers on a temporary basis to assist with enquiries from new and existing students during their time at the University.

**Your new role**
- Providing correct information to all enquiries in a timely fashion
- Utilisation of the appropriate systems when attending to these enquiries
- Practicing integrity and discretion, as you will be working with confidential information
- Upholding the values and policies of the University at all times during your work
- Making a positive contribution to student life by obtaining effective and open channels of communication between students, staff, faculties, and other organisational units within the University.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous customer service experience in a busy environment highly desirable
- A genuine passion to help students reach their full potential, and to get the most out of their tertiary studies
- The ability to communicate quickly, accurately and effectively - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- You MUST hold a current Working With Children Check or be willing to obtain one ASAP
- Previous experience/study at a tertiary institution highly desirable
