Clemenger BBDO Australia is looking for a talented Mid-Weight Producer with proven experience in broadcast and content to join their high performing team in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce jobs from beginning to end (pre, shoot & post)
- Creative sensibility - you collaborate with our internal creative and business management teams to help deliver smarter brilliant content
- Emerging in all forms of content creation, possessing a strong lean in TV/ Content
- Owns your projects; reaching out to the right team (internally and externally) with strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects across the above disciplines at any one time
- Scope and coordinate smart solutions on brief, on brand, on time, commercially effective and consistently exceed expectations
- Commercially you are aware and a great communicator; providing clear updates on the development of projects and you're able to articulate recommendations and solutions to clients, agencies, crew or internal teams
- Day to day problem-solving capacity, identifying causes and suggesting innovative solutions

Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 + years proven track record in production at all levels
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships/satisfaction
- Can use feedback to deliver excellent outcomes and improved knowledge/skills/behavious
- Not afraid to challenge current thinking and processes to improve the creative output
- Technical competence using required software and platforms
