Hays is currently partnered with a privately-owned, Australian footwear company, head-quartered in Geelong, VIC. This brand is a household name and are known for their natural and sustainable products that they design, produce and sell.

With global offices in the US and UK, this brand has an international reach and are currently on a strong growth trajectory. They have recently created a new role for a Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join the team in a full-time position

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will play an integral part in the planning and implementation of the digital and social media marketing strategy. Your role will be centred around supporting the brand’s tone of voice and driving growth through data-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Effectively analyse data to improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Strengthen customer engagement, growth and revenue through digital optimisation strategies.
- Manage paid media in line with organisational budgets.
- Content planning strategy and delivery.
- Copywriting for social media, blogs and websites.
- Report and present marketing strategies to senior level management.
- Manage affiliate programs and maintain key relationships.
- Effectively collaborate with internal colleagues, management and agency stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience and understanding of the digital landscape - social media, website management, digital marketing, Google Analytics and social monitoring tools.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Be ambitious, driven, proactive and adaptable.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership and accountability of your work.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
