Our client is a privately-owned, Australian footwear company, head-quartered in Geelong, VIC.

A true household name, this brand are known for their natural and sustainable products that they design, produce and sell.

With global offices and a strong international brand presence, this company continues to be on a strong growth trajectory, which is why they're looking for their next PR & Social Media Specialist to join their team.

**Your new role**

As PR & Social Media Specialist, you will develop a thorough understanding of the brand’s tone of voice, and ultimately drive the social media and influencer marketing strategy.

You will have ownership of the global social media strategy, and be a part of the team that oversees all PR and influencer relationships.

Key role responsibilities:

- Draw on data insights to engage with audiences to drive social media growth and marketing engagement.
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders such as PR agencies, global influencers and internal teams.
- Create, develop and implement the social media and influencer engagement strategy globally to drive results and support business outcomes.
- Collaborate and negotiate with external stakeholders and influencers, in line with the PR & Influencer Strategy to promote the company brand.
- Support the brand’s tone of voice and drive growth through data-driven strategies.
- Present marketing strategies and ideas to senior level management to strengthen brand presence.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A true passion for social media with a keen interest in creating an executing aesthetic and engaging brand content to generate reach and engagement.
- A true people person who can collaborate, negotiate and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Results driven and commercially minded.
- An attitude that resembles ambition, drive, resilience and adaptability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: Manage competing priorities, work within designated time frames within your portfolio, and display keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and work collaboratively when required
- Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written)
- 3+ years in a similar role. Experience within Retail or eCommerce environments are highly advantageous.
