We are an active, growing medium sized business seeking an Online Marketing/Visual Design Assistant to help us continue to grow our business.

Don't be concerned by the long list of required responsibilities/skills as this is a very broad role and encompasses a large variety of media aspects. The main thing is to have some knowledge and understanding about the key components. So, if you have a passion for all things web, marketing, creating online sales via social media, YouTube and website, are a great all-rounder, and want to unleash your creativity, then then this will be a great position for you

Reporting to the Director and Operational Manager, you will plan and manage many aspects of the brand and create both visual and written content to represent our image across various platforms. You will also be responsible for researching and possibly pairing with outside resource to take new products to market.

Your role is integral to the overall running of the brand and you must be highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, perform under pressure and work to tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working knowledge of Word Press & Shopify websites
- Analysing and reporting: use Google Analytics, Facebook Adverts Manager and 3rd party software to analyse, measure and report on key campaign results and insights
- Implement marketing initiatives and programs given
- online and in store. Particular focus on creating online sales on Facebook, Instagram and our retail website.
- Strengthen and build Online channels for driving traffic and converting sales, build relevant and engaging content for digital distribution, and increase social presence.
- Build brand awareness of our business and products through content and increase engagement across FB, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Google. Responsible for engaging and answering comments on social media.
- Undertake market Research and advise on new markets to promote our products.
- Provide insights on all elements of marketing mix including product, pricing, advertising and sales promotion.
- Creation of all graphic design content including but not limited to daily social media graphics, interaction in Facebook groups, paper/magazine advertisements, signage, catalogues, video for TV commercials and other marketing material
- Responsible for all retouching of imagery using Adobe Photoshop, and exporting to different specifications.

**Skills required**:

- 3+ years previous experience in graphic/multimedia marketing design with website management and social media campaigns will be highly regarded
- Proficiency with MAC or PC computer programmes
- Experience with using Mailchimp/Klaviyo and Shopify preferred
- Adobe Photoshop experience (Proven retouching skills)
- Experience in website management (specifically Word Press and Shopify)
- Creative writing experience preferred
- Ability to stay on task and work to tight deadlines whilst working across multiple projects even without supervision
- Work to strict deadlines with the ability to prioritise
- The ability to generate ideas and speak up when needed
- An open mind
- Skills in photography and video production would be an advantage
