An opportunity has become available for a dedicated **Quality Controller** to join our Service Department at Parramatta Jaguar and Land Rover

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring repair and service standards are met and exceed Manufacturer and Customer benchmarks.

**The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring rework is kept to a minimum and Workshop SOP's and JLR processes are adhered to by all staff
- Support and mentor Technicians and Apprentices to achieve the efficient maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Road test vehicles and implement factory test schedule standards
- Ensuring technician reports are complete and include warranty stories

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following attributes and experience**:

- Automotive Trade Qualification
- Post Trade Experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage time and key priorities effectively
- Demonstrate a customer-focused mentality
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including, the Service Manager, Workshop Management and Service Advisors
- Clean and valid driver's licence
