I need an experienced bar manager who Is ready to take on a new full time role and challenge in the field. We are going to be opening up a nightclub on the second floor and it's going to hopefully be pretty crazy and fun and I'll need someone competent, knowledgable and mature to run the proceedings.
We really care about making a cohesive team that comes together and supports each other so people arn't dreading coming to work and everyone has each others backs.
We're offering competitive pay for the right people who are comfortable behind the bar and serving and looking to get to be the part of an opening crew together
As Bar Manager you'll need to liaise with suppliers, often seeking out specials that are concurrent with what people are enjoying nowadays, stock management of the three levels to our venue, keg room knowledge, cocktail knowledge and just a fun attitude.
Cocktail making, wine pour, pints, cellar knowledge (only minor, need you to know how to change a keg), and good vibes are the main points of interest we're looking for for bartenders
And charismatic, vibey people who don't mind having a laugh with customers and talking some nonsense but also can run drinks/food in a timely manner and have a keen eye for flow.
