**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials in a variety of formats for HireRight solutions for which you are the Subject Matter Expert (SME), to be used by Go To Market teams in dealing with new prospects and existing clients.
- Perform necessary research and analysis as needed to answer and respond to client questions for the solutions for which you are the SME.
- Undertake research for product development and works with other teams to roll out new and updated products / processes.
- Liaises with vendors as required and in conjunction with other teams to establish and maintain strong products for which you are SME.
- Support Customer Service, CET and Account Management teams on the nuances of areas for which you are the SME.
- Participate in prospective and existing client meetings which require an in-depth level of expertise the areas for which you are the SME.
- Maintain excellent knowledge level of your solutions and the market conditions affecting them.
- Proactively work with Australian, APAC and global teams to understand their use of solutions for which you are the SME, collect data and make necessary improvements and suggestions.
- In the capacity of the SME for Australian Criminal Checks:
- Ensures organisational compliance with and adherence to AFP Terms of Service to ensure compliance for both PRIVI and HRG
- Ensures organisational compliance with and adherence to ACIC’s Accreditation and Accredited Body Handbook
- Acts as the Authorised Officer for all interactions with ACIC
- Maintains active user lists and guides ACIC users on the correct use of ACIC’s systems
- Manages and facilitates any audits on behalf of PeopleCheck and HireRight as required by ACIC and/or other products of which you are a SME
- Manages the audit of PeopleCheck and HireRight clients to ensure adherence to ACIC’s requirements for use
- Maintains operational forms and documentation associated with PeopleCheck and HireRight’s use of ACIC’s services.
- In conjunction with other stakeholders, manages internal communication concerning the use of AFP and ACIC services, including delay communications, FAQs and complex client enquiries
PeopleCheck
- Leads adherence of the Australian office with various levels of external compliance as needed for areas for which you are an SME and in conjunction with relevant HireRight stakeholders
- Oversees reviewing of legal/contract documentation and required compliance functions relating to non-migrated customers and PeopleCheck’s products & vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Training in legal services an advantage
- Minimum three or more years of experience in background screening, business development, product management, consulting or related positions.
- Experience working in a cross functional environment.
- Hands-on experience documenting customer needs and requirements (e.g. proposals, Statements of Work or Product Requirements documents).
- Resourcefulness and creativity combined with strong research & analytical skills.
- Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers and internal divisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to be a productive team player.
- Experience interpreting legislation / compliance requirements
- In-depth business and knowledge of department or function.
- Good knowledge and understanding of related functions.
- Good understanding of industry issues.
- Is able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively coordinate efforts across teams for aspects relating to SME areas.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
