**Position Information**:

- Sans Souci Public School is a vibrant K-6 school located in southern Sydney within the Kogarah Network. The school has an enrolment of 555 students, including 13 Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students and 70.5% of students from a non-English speaking background. An Inclusive Education Unit of 3 classes has been established in 2024. Demonstrated capacity and experience in balancing exemplary classroom practice and coordination of the complex leadership and management role of an Assistant Principal.

Proven ability to lead with integrity and develop strong collaborative teams characterised by high levels of collective efficacy, relational trust and psychological safety that enable students to benefit from the combined knowledge and expertise of the team.

A proactive leader with demonstrated expertise in leading inclusive curriculum implementation, driven by a focus on evidence-based and data-informed practice.

Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to whole school wellbeing and behaviour management processes, drawing on a restorative approach to support staff and students to connect, succeed and thrive.

**General Selection Criteria**:
1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice
- 2. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs- 3. Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams- 4. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents- 5.
