**About the Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hands-on Digital Marketer to boost awareness and demand of our portfolio of brands within the disability space.

This is a 12-month contract, with potential for extension into an ongoing role.

You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive marketing team, working both collaboratively and autonomously, using your expertise to develop, execute and optimise client-focused campaigns using a combination of SEM, Paid Social, organic social and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, including Google ads and paid socials.
- Building and maintaining brand presence across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Manage the digital marketing budget.
- Create quarterly digital advertising campaign plans.
- Assist with the development, management and execution of communication plans.
- Conduct in-depth tracking and performance analysis against essential KPIs and providing actionable recommendations for improvements via weekly and monthly reports.
- Contribute to the review, improved UX, traffic and content of brand websites and landing pages.
- Monitor trends and provide competitor analysis and insights.

**Skills and Experience**
- Formal qualifications in digital media.
- 4+ years Paid Digital Marketing Experience with advanced digital analytic and reporting skills.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies with proven quantifiable results.
- Strong technical skills across Google Ads and analytics (Google certification will be highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok advertising.
- Photo and Video editing experience.
- Strong copywriting and communications skills.
- Understanding of and experience with: CMS - eg WordPress (bonus: Square)
- Some content creation experience desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and adapt to changing priorities.
