**Your role**

Look no further Our innovative company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with Automotive Experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping to manage daily leads. Additionally, you will work in a very energetic, enthusiastic, and fast-growing team with a shared goal of achieving sales targets and KPI’s. This role will suit an applicant who is looking to work in a sales role with work-life balance, experience working with KPI’s, good computer skills and willing to receive proper training.

**What we expect from you?**
- Energy, enthusiasm, and proactivity (key to be successful in this role).
- Experience in a sales or lead management role.
- Experience in automotive sector.
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills with experience using CRM and lead management systems.
- Willingness to receive training.
- Updated police check.

**What can you expect from us?**
- Monday to Friday, office hours, no late nights, or weekends.
- Salary base (60k - 65k) + superannuation + uncapped commissions + phone allowance.
