**About the role**
- Empower the team to continue to deliver genuine passion for service excellence
- Attention to detail whilst building positive relationship with guest
- Lead, support, and train team members, ensuring staff represent brand and Hotel standards
- Proactively seeking new opportunities to build thrill & memorable guest experiences

**About You**
- Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
- Previous Front Office experience in Supervisor or Manager position
- Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
- Second language (e.g. Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous
- Highly motivated to work in a well-established industry
