Our 130 bed Griffith Centre in Canberra is conveniently located near the CBD, Lake Burley Griffin, shopping precincts and local parks. This energy efficient and environmentally sustainable building has been designed to ensure we can meet the care needs of the local community now and into the future.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Residential Manager, Griffith Centre is seeking experienced cleaner to join their team on a casual basis to achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. If you’re reliable, motivated and passionate about caring for older people, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean general accommodation (residents' rooms), bathrooms, living/communal areas, and other general/staff areas.
- Follow cleaning policy, schedule, and complete relevant documentation as required.

**About you**

The successful applicant will be a team player who enjoys interacting with older people. You will need previous experience in cleaning along with understanding of work health and safety practices. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised and take on physically demanding tasks.
