**About the role**

BaptistCare Griffith Centre is seeking Carers to join their team on a **permanent part time (45 hours per fortnight) and casual basis**. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.

**Duties may include**:

- Assistance with a wide range of person centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience as a Carer (desirable)
- Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
- OR willing to complete Certificate
- We encourage Nursing students to apply
