An In Work Support Coach has a caseload of Post Placement Support (PPS) & Ongoing Support (OS) clients to provide on the job support and ongoing support to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.
- Provide on the job support for both employers and jobseekers
- Effectively manage a caseload of post placement support and ongoing support participants by providing tailored on the job support and ongoing support Preparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments;
- Run tracker meetings with Job Coaches, Employer Engagement Consultants and Regional Managers to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are tracked;
- Passing internal and external audits in line with Disability Employment Services contract and ensuring claims are made in accordance with contract requirements
- Track, monitor and ensure clients outcomes
- Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate

- Dynamic and have the ability to service our clients remotely
- Ability to successfully manage a caseload
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies
