**Are you ready to join our team?** You will be working to lead a team of staff to ensure the physical environment of the residence is clean and hazard-free. This role is required to effectively work with residence management and staff, residents, and their families. The cleaning service will be recognized as best practice, compliant, and meeting infection control requirements and accreditation standards.

**Location**: Ivanhoe VIC 3079

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Previous experience in a Cleaning Team Leader role.
- Have a good knowledge of cleaning equipment and its uses (essential).
- Provide supervision, support and behavioural management to employees within the immediate team.
- To be able to work unsupervised.
- Good communicator, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Identify problems and manage solutions.
- To be able to take initiative.
- To have good oral communication skills.
