Quest Ivanhoe is a 58 room property located just 10km from Melbourne CBD, comprising of studio, one and two bedroom apartments.

Quest Ivanhoe is newly renovated and has an exciting opportunity available for a **Housekeeping Supervisor**to join its team on a casual basis, based on business demand.

**The Role**

Quest Ivanhoe's housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

Whilst this is a casual position, it is a requirement of this role to work **every Saturday, and some Sunday's when required.**

In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeaner, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

An important aspect of this role is being able to lead and manage the housekeeping team over the weekend when the property manager is not on-site. Previous leadership or management experience will be held in high regard.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have **entitlements to work in Australia.**
