**Accounts Receivable Officer - Hybrid with only 2 days in the office**

- Hybrid working model - 2 days in the office Tuesday and Wednesday and 3 days from home.
- Permanent full-time role Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Moorebank location

**DUTIES**:

- Working closely with the AR Manager you will ensure debtor invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Assisting team in core function collections for mainstream business invoices when required
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements across the AR team.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Ability to limit debtor's overdue invoices by implementing the company credit policy.
- Using initiative to locate missing debtors and ensure that the collection procedures are being followed.
- Daily Banking / Processing of credit card payments
- Manage outbound calls - discuss account enquiries investigating and resolving disputes
- Preparing debtor lists
- Contacting clients to procure outstanding payments and escalating long standing/delinquent debtors.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- At least 5 years of AR experience
- Have volume processing experience working to timelines
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Amazing communication skills (written and verbal)
- A BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL PERSONALITY AND LOVE WORKING IN A TEAM
- Attention to detail is key and the ability to work in a busy and fast-paced work environment
