**About the Role**
The Customer Comms Specialist is responsible for providing support to the broader Home Loans team. Including the implementation of product initiatives and the development and implementation of integrated communications activities to support home loan products including but not limited to communicating product features, product changes, terms and conditions, remediation, regulatory and compliance obligations.

This role will also support the development and implementation of the product management strategy, planning how to deliver against agreed portfolio targets and improving product profitability and process effectiveness.

**About you**
- Experience in retail banking or financial services
- Previous experience in Project Management and/or communications in a fast-paced financial services environment is desirable.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations (highly desirable)
- Experience in developing data-driven, lifecycle communications and procedures, which are designed to align/enhance the customer experience and with a real focus on simplification.
- Demonstrate clear and successful problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with demonstrated experience in communicating complex changes in presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail in developing and executing solutions to a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability in managing multiple initiatives at a time, ensuring overlap in customer impacts are articulated and proactively managed.
- Previous experience in working with policies, procedures, and processes for financial services products, with a healthy understanding of risk considerations.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data to draw conclusions and provide insight.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level attention to detail and the ability to prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and achievement driven
- A business or finance degree is strongly desirable
