St Michael’s Grammar School is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Daily Organiser to manage staffing logistics and support the smooth running of our School.

**About the Role**
As a key member of our Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating daily staffing to cover teacher absences, while also providing essential administrative and logístical support across the School. This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing in January 2026 (or earlier if available), with working hours from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Study in related areas and/or comparable on the job experience in operations. In an educational setting is advantageous.
- Have experience using the software package Timetabler.
- Level II First Aid Certificate and relevant Anaphylaxis Awareness training are essential.
- National Police History Check (obtained within the last six months).
- Must hold a current Employee Working with Children Check.
