**Your opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Retail Administrator to support the Commercial Retail Management Team with the administration of retailer disputes by reviewing, collating, and preparing documents to maximise commercial outcomes relating to Retailer Disputes.

Your experience within exceptional administration, insolvency or dispute management will enable you to deliver improved efficiencies and commercial outcomes for legal debtors. You will form strong partnerships with our Commercial Retail Managers, Retail Account Services and Leasing teams to assist in providing progress updates on Retailer disputes, whilst liaising with our Legal team to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Collaborate across Commercial Retail Management; RAS, L&RS and CX teams to deliver timely settlements to legal disputes.
- Delivery of consistent information including forensic scrutiny of each matter.
- Prepare and distribute all documentation in accordance with established guidelines and timeframes.
- Gather and collate all documentation including Lease, Fit out Deed (if applicable), Bank Guarantee/Security, Company and Asset searches, Correspondence and Account Information (reconciliations) within agreed timeframe.
- Prepare accurate summary or timeline of events in preparation for instruction to external solicitors.
- Prepare and assess loss and damages claim and chance of recovery for all legal debt related matters.
- Prepare BDWO requests for approval and manage BDWO process end to end.
- Monitor and report on return on investment for all Retailer Disputes
- Maintain reports/tracker and files for purpose of providing updates to internal stakeholders.

**What sets you apart from the rest?**
- Tertiary qualified (or in progress) - preferably Law, Finance or Property
- Proven experience in account reconciliation, insolvency or dispute management
- A strong ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Curious to understand and get to the bottom of complex problems
- Organised with high level of attention to detail
