**Your opportunity**
In this role you will report to the Regional Commercial Retail Manager
- Business Services
The Commercial Retail admin team helps with improving efficiency and maximizing commercial returns for retailer disputes. They effectively communicate strategy, status and likelihood of return whilst gathering information to form a full picture of a problem, then recommending ways to solve it.
**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:
- Accurate and timely preparation of all administrative and account information to aid in the legal recovery process
- Collaborate across internal stakeholders to drive timely and commercially maximised outcomes to legal disputes
- Gather information, review source documents and summarise matters
- Run account reconciliations and accurately and efficiently calculate claims
- Assist in recommending commercial next steps in the legal recovery process
- Prepare and submit bad debt write off approvals and other relevant cases
- Maintain up to date and relevant notes in systems to keep stakeholders informed of progress and likelihood of recovery
- Review and respond to internal and external queries within agreed timeframes

- Tertiary qualified (or in progress) Law, Business, Property or Accounting is beneficial
