**Systems Analyst**

Finnish Early Childhood Education (Australia) Pty Ltd is an education group developing early learning centres in Australia under different brandings. We are looking for a systems analyst to support our development of childcare centre businesses in Australia. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne. The followings are the requirements for the position.

Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum plus superannuation

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology or Systems Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience working in the Information Technology field with at least 5 years of experience working as a systems analyst in a sizable organization.

Experience required:

- Experience in capturing business and functional requirements from all stakeholders
- Experience in process mapping
- Experience in project management
- Experience in business and functional writing
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and coordinate with the system users to identify their needs and expectations.
- Review and evaluate the current working procedures and usual practices and identify the areas for improvement.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Recommend solution options for the problems identified.
- Prepare the reports of business requirements.
- Prepare reports of business requirements.
- Arrange the user acceptance tests to refine the system design.
- Organise training sessions for users and prepare user manuals or other documentation if required.
- Offer technical support to system users if requested.
- Oversee the project and serve as project coordinator if required.
- Regularly report the progress to company management.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
