**About the Firm**
Fast-growing firm in the Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced ambitious Tax and Business Services Manager. Manage your own portfolio of clients and be the first point of contact for clients.
The role is a hands-on, fast paced and requires the Tax and Business Services Manager to provide excellent taxation advice and unmatched business advisory to our clients, becoming a true business partner.
Working with a dedicated and professional team, you will be responsible for the tax and business compliance work for your clients and provide effective and business savvy solutions.

This role would suit a CA/CPA qualified accountant who is looking to step up into a leadership role. **Your main responsibilities and duties will include: -**
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and being the first point of contact
- Providing business, tax and financial advice pertaining to your clients
- Overseeing preparation of all types of tax returns, BAS/IAS, workpapers, financial statements as required
- Managing and reviewing the local and outsourced team's work, including managing WIP, workflow and productivity to help you achieve deliverables
- Provide outsourced CFO and finance department services to clients
- Assist with development and best practices of internal procedures
**Skills and Experience**
- You have minimum 6+ years of experience in Public Practice
- Degree qualified and have completed your CPA or CA qualifications.
- Strong tax, FBT and compliance
- Team management and mentoring experience
- Outstanding time management & client service skills
- Clear and concise communication skills, written and verbally
- Technology savvy and a passion for innovation and systems implementations
- Strong team player who is eager to learn new tasks, systems, processes and software
- Experience in using Xero, Windows Excel, Windows Word, QuickBooks and MYOB
