**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead shifts with confidence, setting the tone for exceptional service and a motivated, high-performing team
- Support the Store Manager across daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
- Maintain Yo-Chi’s product quality and food safety standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver memorable customer experiences
- Uphold venue presentation, safety, and compliance at all times
- Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to the store’s financial success

**What we’re looking for**:

- Leadership experience in food, retail, or hospitality (QSR experience is a bonus)
- Availability across Mon-Sun with flexibility for rotating shifts
- A “people first” leader who thrives on building team culture and community
- Adaptable, resilient, and always ready for a challenge
