**Maddington Hyundai**have a rare opportunity for a customer centric** Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager** to join our Service leadership team.

**Role**

As a **Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager** **at Maddington Hyundai**, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best service experience. Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach our team of advisors to ensure they are on track to achieve the departments objectives.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring their concerns and needs are addressed promptly.
- Manage service appointments, dispatch work orders to technicians, and oversee the entire service process.
- Provide guidance and support to service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Ensure service quality standards are met, and customer vehicles are returned in optimal condition.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.

**You**
- Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Manager in a high-volume dealership environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility, work with, mentor & coach employees’ positivity developing their skills & capabilities.
- Demonstrates the highest level of business ethics, integrity & resilience.
