**The Role**:
We are currently seeking suitably experienced and qualified personnel for the position of** Leading Hand Boilermaker** to carry out all ’hands-on’ aspects of new build buckets and refurbished buckets at our Port Hedland workshop.
- Manufacturer new backhoe and face shovel buckets;
- Carry out extensive refurbishments on large backhoe and face shovel buckets;
- Arc air gouging and welding flux core;
- Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines and within cost targets; and
- Complete required company QA/QC documents;
**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- Significant post-trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi;
- A strong commitment to safety, health, and the environment, with a proactive approach to housekeeping;
- Relevant nationally recognised trade qualification;
- Current Driver’s license;
- Applicants holding current Working at Heights and High-Risk Licenses highly regarded;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus;
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team;
- A keen eye for detail, presentation, and craftsmanship; and
