Work Location: 2 Treasury Place, East Melbourne
The Digital Records Officer roles sit within the Digital Records team in the Knowledge, Privacy and Records Branch at the Department of Education.
- Carry out sentencing and disposal of digital departmental records
- Support the implementation of machine learning in the sentencing of digital departmental records
- Provide advice and support to departmental staff on records management issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of department records management processes
- Provide a range of administrative and project support services to the Digital Records team
- Proactively contribute to the department's records management program in accordance with the Public Records Act 1973 and related Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) Standards
