**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager with project scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking.
- Organize and maintain project documents, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, clients, and suppliers.
- Track project budgets, process invoices, and ensure financial control.
- Identify potential risks and support the mitigation process.
- Assist in sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Prepare status reports on project progress, budget, and any issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the project team to ensure smooth operations.
- Help maintain positive client relations through regular updates and responsiveness.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in construction management, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years in project administration or coordination, ideally in construction.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- Able to work collaboratively and take initiative.
- Understanding of construction processes, planning, and budgeting.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
