**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Administrator in our Administration and Operations Team, your role is to ensure our exceptional client experience, from start to finish. You will work with the team to ensure the seamless operation of our clinics to support our clients and clinicians.

**Selection Criteria**:
Key Requirements for the role:

- Proven experience in administrative roles preferably within a healthcare or mental health setting
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking mental health support, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges they face
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms used in administrative operations
- Current Working with Vulnerable People card or willingness to obtain.
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- National Police Check clearance or willingness to obtain.

Preferred experience:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Receptionist / Administrative Officer role preferably within Medical and Allied Health Setting
- Clinical diary management
- Knowledge of the Power Diary practice management system, or similar.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Medicare rebate system

**Salary Details**:
We pay hourly rates above the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010. This will depend on the level of experience, skill and expertise required to undertake the role.
